Mr. Skauge has been featured in the National Post, the Globe and Mail, and the Investment Executive. Mr. Skauge is the publisher of the Exempt Edge, a national industry trade publication.

Robin joined Olympia Trust Company in 1996 as the Vice President of Marketing for the Health Plan division. The division subsequently formed a new corporation as Olympia Benefits in 2009 and Robin was appointed the position of President. Prior to joining Olympia, Robin held management positions in industries ranging from education, coaching, real estate portfolio management, and acreage development at his personal corporation. With 40 years of experience in leadership roles, Robin brings a depth of real world experience, entrepreneurial sense, and a keen understanding of business control.
Robin has a wife, five children, and eight grandchildren. Robin holds 4 degrees including BSc. Economics, Bachelor of Physical Education, Master of Science, and PhD. of Philosophy. He was a member of Canada's National Basketball team. In his spare time, he is an active fly fisherman.

Derick joined Olympia Trust in January 2005, creating the Foreign Exchange division. Working in the Foreign Exchange industry for over 16 years and with a background in international trade Derick has created a secure and competitive environment for corporate clients to trade currencies. Derick oversees every aspect of the business from operations to business development.
Since 2005 Derick has grown the FX division to over 50 employees and profitability. With over 9000 corporate and private clients and operations throughout Western Canada, the vision of being the largest FX provider outside of the banks still holds strong as a daily goal.

Gerhard joined Olympia Financial Group Inc. in 2007 as CFO and Vice President, Finance. Prior to joining Olympia, Gerhard worked in South Africa in industries ranging from auditing, pathology, banking, shared services, pension fund administration and investment management as part of the senior management team. With 20 years of experience in financial and regulatory reporting, financial management of multi-disciplinary environments, risk management and an in-depth understanding of processes, people and strategic value drivers Gerhard leads Olympia's Financial Services team. Gerhard holds a Masters degree in Financial Management and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Chief Information Officer, Vice President, Information Technology
With a strong accomplished background in IT Management, Bilal joined Olympia in 2011. His strength is in IT leadership specifically in leading multiple technical practices. Bilal builds IT business plans that align with business goals by developing capabilities through technology-processes and people. He has a 10 year track record of experience in building, leading and motivating teams. Bilal's academic background consists of IT designations as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration.
Jonathan Bahnuik specializes in corporate and commercial law. Previously, Mr. Bahnuik served as general counsel to several public corporations traded on the facilities of TSX-Venture exchange. He has also been a partner at a boutique corporate-commercial law firm, worked as an associate with a large national law firm and worked in-house with a major Canadian oil & gas corporation. Mr. Bahnuik received a Bachelor of Laws from Dalhousie University in 2002 and a Master of Business Administration from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary in 2013. He is a member of both the Law Society of Alberta and the Law Society of British Columbia.
