Securities Administrator, Service Administration (Contract 6 months)

We are looking for a Securities Administrator, Service Administration (Contract 6 months) in our Calgary office.

Position Summary

Your primary roles include tracking and monitoring all investment certificates received or sent from the Registered Plans Division. The Securities Coordinator must also maintain certificate accuracy and ensure that all regulatory requirements are being met.

As the ideal candidate, you must be able to deliver results in a dynamic and team oriented environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident individual who is able to process large volumes of information, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
